Really Smart Questions

The truth is nobody uses “all” of Salesforce. That would require an unhealthy amount of clicking on things that have no benefit to you. We steer customers towards using the features that drive results for them.

Yes. In our experience serious customers ask serious questions to get serious answers. We’ve had a small handful of customers try to game the system with volume, but it doesn’t end up being a great use of their time.

It’s a competitive advantage for us to obsess over speed (very few companies in this industry do). Time is money and if we are wasting your time we are costing you money. 

There are 4 criteria that stand out

  1. A person or company who values our time and theirs.
  2. Has a primary POC who can answer questions on what success in Salesforce looks like for them.  The contact does not need to be highly technical, but they do need to be able to be descriptive about outcomes.
  3. Don’t think Salesforce is a toy.  They recognize that the primary goal is to extract business value from it.
  4. 25 – 100 people is our sweet spot.
